100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30-days. Simply follow the steps below to ensure proper crediting of your account. EZ-Ergo strives to keep our customers satisfied by offering quality products, professional service and competitive pricing. Our return policy is consistent in maintaining the best value and highest service level for all of our customers.

If the merchandise you received is defective or not as you ordered it, please contact our customer service staff for quick resolution.
The simple steps below should be followed to receive proper credit or replacement of product:

  • A Return Authorization number (RA#) must first be obtained from EZ-Ergo.


  • Please e-mail us at sales@EZ-Ergo.com to receive your RA# .


  • When you are given an RA# authorization, you will be sent a prepaid UPS shipping label to affix to the box containing the item(s) to be returned.


  • Please ensure that the RA# on the shipping label that you receive, matches the number you received from our Customer Service Representative.


  • Merchandise must be returned within 10-days of the original purchase date.


  • Contact your local UPS office for package pickup.
If the product did not meet your expectations and you wish to return it:
  • A Return Authorization number (RA#) must first be obtained from EZ-Ergo.


  • Please e-mail us at sales@EZ-Ergo.com to receive your RA# .


  • The product to be returned, must be in new, re-salable condition accompanied by the original packaging.


  • Merchandise must be returned within 30-days of the original purchase date.


  • The RA# received from Customer Service Representative must be prominently displayed on the shipping label.


  • A 10% restocking fee will be assessed to return goods which are not found to be the responsibility of EZ-Ergo.
To ensure prompt return processing, repack the product in the original packaging used to ship to you, enclose the original packing list and copy of your sales invoice indicating the reason for your return. Upon the receipt of the returned goods, a refund will be credited to your account.

Please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks, upon return of merchandise, for processing. Refunds will be for merchandise value only, all pricing on our web site is shown in US Dollar Currency and will apply to any volume of product valued. Please keep a copy of your invoice for your records.
